| Zhang Yingmin | ZHANG Yingmin, a researcher in engineering technology application with an EMBA degree, has been the executive deputy general manager of the Company and a director of Yankuang Group since 2002 and 2004, respectively. Mr. Zhang joined the Company’s predecessor in 1971, appointed as the director of the division of production technology of Yankuang Group in 1996 and became the head of Baodian Coal Mine in 2000. He was also appointed deputy general manager of Yankuang Group in 2003 and the chief of the safety supervision bureau of the Company from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Zhang is a graduate of Nankai University. |
