| Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Bin Abdul Manaf, aged 77, male, was appointed to the Board of Salcon Berhad (“Salcon”) as Chairman on 2 January 2019. Tan Sri Abdul Rashid read law at Middle Temple, London, England and returned to Malaysia in 1970 as a Barrister-at-law. Tan Sri Abdul Rashid is now a full-time businessman. Before venturing into business, he was a senior partner in a legal firm in Kuala Lumpur until his retirement on 24 August 2006. He joined the Malaysian Judicial and Legal Service in 1970 and was appointed as a Magistrate at Kuala Lumpur until 1973. He was later made the President of the Sessions Court in Klang. In 1975, he became the Senior Federal Counsel for the Income Tax Department. His services with the Government came to an end in 1977 when he left to join private practice and venture into business. Tan Sri Abdul Rashid was the Chairman of the Board of S P Setia Berhad from 1996 until 2012. He was also the Group Chairman of Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad from October 2018 to September 2021 and Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director of Perak Corporation Berhad from 6 July 2020 until 1 August 2022. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Engineering) degree and a Bachelor of Engineering degree, both from The University of Sydney, Australia. Since completion of his doctorate studies, he spent five (5) years in Sydney, Australia, working with Caltex Refineries (NSW) Pty Ltd, as a senior process engineer in the Major Projects department, reporting directly to the refinery’s engineering manager. Before and after his employment with Caltex, he also worked for the engineering design subsidiary of Transfield Services Ltd and similarly had assumed major roles on various projects across Australia. During his final years with Caltex, he worked full-time on the project to decommission and convert the Kurnell refinery into Australia’s largest fuel import terminal. Despite the complexity of the project, the project was completed ahead of schedule and within the allocated budget, with no incidents. |

| Mr Sia Bun Chun
| Mr. Sia Bun Chun completed his Matriculation program in St Stephen’s College, New Zealand and undertook part-time studies program in engineering at the Wellington Polytechnic, New Zealand. After several engineering related working stints in New Zealand and Indonesia, he returned to Malaysia in 1974 where he joined Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd (“REI”), which was then known as Crittal Euco Sdn Bhd and was subsequently promoted as its Managing Director in 1976. Sia Bun Chun was the Managing Director of Rohas Tecnic Berhad (“RTB”) Group until his retirement in 2017, after which he was appointed as Deputy Chairman and subsequently Chairman of RTB. He stepped down as Chairman on 1 January 2023 but continued to serve as a Board member. On 5 July 2024, he was reappointed as Deputy Chairman, and on 10 June 2025, he was appointed as the Chairman of RTB for a second time. |
