Ms Sabarina Binti Harun Puan Sabarina Binti Harun is The Independent Non-Executive Director at REDtone Digital Berhad. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting from La Trobe University, Australia. She is a Fellow Certified Practising Accountant from CPA Australia, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. Mr Lau Bik Soon Mr. Lau Bik Soon is The Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at REDtone Digital Berhad. Mr Terence Goh Seng Chua Mr. Terence Goh Seng Chua is The Independent Non-Executive Director at Reach Ten Holdings Berhad. e graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building from Polytechnic of the South Bank, United Kingdom (now known as London South Bank University) in 1981. He is also member of the Chartered Institute of Building since 1991. He started his career in 1982 as Quantity Surveyor in Bintulu Development Authority, a local authority in Sarawak, where he was in charge of the Quantity Surveying Department. In 1983, he left Bintulu Development Authority and in the same year joined Contract Services Consultant (now known as KPK Quantity Surveyors (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd) as a Quantity Surveying Consultant where he was tasked with providing professional quantity surveying services. In 1985, he left Contract Services Consultant and in the same year joined WTS Konsultant Sdn Bhd, a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm, as a Contracts Manager where he was responsible for all matters relating to contracts. In 1987, he left WTS Konsultant Sdn Bhd and in the same year joined Biwater Shellabear (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (now known as Biwater (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd), which undertakes water and wastewater treatment plants projects as a Sub-Area Commercial Manager and was tasked with managing the commercial aspects of projects undertaken by the company. Ms Vong Wan Yin Ms. Vong Wan Yin is The Independent Non-Executive Director at Reach Ten Holdings Berhad. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Otago, New Zealand in 1995. Ms Sng Bee Seio Ms. Sng Bee Seio is The Independent Non-Executive Director at Reach Ten Holdings Berhad. She graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Otago, New Zealand in 1977. She was admitted as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, as well as a Member of the New Zealand Society of Accountants in 1980. She began her career in 1981 as an Accountant in Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation (“STIDC”), a corporation established pursuant to the Sarawak Timber Industry Development Corporation Ordinance, 1973, where its group of companies’ functions include regulating and controlling the manufacture and sale of timber and timber products and making recommendations to the Government for the improvement of existing timber industries, where she was in charge of mainly preparing the accounts of the corporation. She subsequently earned a promotion to the position of Senior Accountant in 1988, tasked with the overall management of the accounts of STIDC group of companies. In 1991, she was seconded to Tanjung Manis Development Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of STIDC as a Manager for a period of 6 months. Upon completion of the secondment in 1992, she returned to her position as Senior Accountant in STIDC. In 1996, she temporarily served as a Senior Manager (Administration & Finance) of STIDC, before returning to the position of Senior Accountant in the same year. In 1998, she was promoted to the position of Finance and Investment Manager of STIDC, a position she held until her mandatory retirement in 2014. Following her mandatory retirement, she was engaged on a contract basis by STIDC as an Assistant General Manager of Finance and Investment from 2014 until 2017.
