Riyadh-Mubasher: Some Moroccan and foreign institutions required licenses to open Islamic banks in Morocco, said Abdellatif Jouahri, governor of the Central Bank of Morocco.
He added that 11 institutions submitted licenses to open Islamic banks, expecting the new entities to start their operation in 2016.
