Kuwait-Mubasher: The overall stocks which responded to the STC’s acquisition offer on Viva shares have reached 120 million, sources told Mubasher.
Thus, the Saudi firm’s stake in Viva has increased to over 50% from 26%.
It is worth highlighting that STC has submitted the takeover offer for KWD 1 per each share of Viva’s stake.
In November 2015, STC has offered to purchase the entire stake of Viva.
