18 large Swiss firms affirm their plans to invest in KSA

Riyadh – Mubasher: A commercial delegation from Switzerland met with Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s deputy chairman, Mazen Batrajee to discuss the trade exchange between the European nation and Saudi Arabia. 

The delegation included 18 large Swiss companies specialised in electronics, watches, and telecommunications sectors which affirmed their plans to raise investments in the Saudi market in line with the Saudi Vision 2030, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The joint projects between Saudi Arabia and Switzerland amount to 58 projects, and collaborating with the Kingdom is the first collaboration with the GCC nations.

Saudi exports to Switzerland stood at SAR 651 million in 2016, whereas the Kingdom imported at SAR 8.93 billion.
