Dubai – Mubasher: The year 2019 will be an impotent year for the UAE’s energy diversification, the country’s energy minister Suhail al-Mazrouei posted on Twitter on Wednesday.
The UAE is planning to prepare for fuel load of unit 1 in Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant, scheduled between the end of 2019 the beginning of the year after, the minister stated.
Al-Mazrouei added that such step would help provide “emissions-free electricity for decades to come”.
