Dubai – Mubasher: Three UAE-based companies are in a race to win the AED 1.4 billion ($380 million) City Centre Al-Jazira Project’s tender.
The contenders are Alec; Arabtec Construction, a subsidiary of Arabtec Holding; and Khansaheb Civil Engineering, according to MEED magazine.
Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi, the planned megaproject comprises 153 retail outlets and a gross leasable area (GLA) of 80,500 square metres.
