Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange’s (ADX) general index lost 12.84 points, or 0.29%, to close at 4,424.99 points on Sunday, dragged down by the telecommunication, energy, and banks sectors.
The telecommunication sector and its only stock, Etisalat, shed 0.93% each.
The energy sector went down 0.17% after TAQA plunged 9.23% and Adnoc Distribution declined 1.99%, while Dana Gas surged 3.85%.
The banks sector sank 0.15%, as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) fell 0.29% and Union National Bank (UNB) dropped 4.11%.
On the flipside, the investment sector added 1.08% after Waha Capital rose 1.18%, while the real estate sector gained 0.36%, as Aldar Properties grew 0.99%
