Cairo – Mubasher: Nine Egyptians have made the Forbes’ top 100 executives in the Middle East for 2018.
Mostly innovators and decision makers with tech background were selected to be included in the list, Cairo Scene reported.
Takreem El-Tohamy, general manager of IBM Middle East and Africa, came in the 7th on the list, while regional sales executive at Intel for Europe, Middle East, and Africa Taha Khalifa was ranked 20th.
Additionally, regional president of Henkel for India, Middle East, and Africa Ashraf El-Afifi came in 28th on the list, whilst Mohamed Amin, Egyptian-Canadian Vice-President of Dell in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa came in at the 46th spot.
Mostafa El-Guezeri, managing director of ABB’s operations in the UAE and South-East Asia, was ranked 51st as one of the 2018 Middle East top 100 executives this year.
Vice president of Halliburton in the Middle East and North Africa’s (MENA) Petrochemicals Division Ahmed Kenawi came in at the 67th place.
Meanwhile, Amr El-Leithy, president of Nokia MENA was ranked 73rd, while Egyptian-Canadian regional vice president of sales at Bombardier Business Aircraft Khedr Matar came on the 74th on the list.
Moreover, Ahmed Ouda, CEO of VMware in the MENA and Turkey’s Tech division was ranked 96th.
It is worth noting that the list had 29 nations from across the Middle East.
