Riyadh – Mubasher: Inspection campaigns in the kingdom revealed that 94.5% of gold shops have put Saudisation into effect, said Ministry of Labor and Social Development's (MLSD) spokesperson Khaled Abalkhail.
The campaigns’ number hit 10,260, in collaboration with some parties from government, Abalkhail added.
The Saudi official noted that 434 violations were detected across the nation regarding the decision; Saudisation accounted for 61% detection, while other violations made up 39%.
MLSD indicated previously that the move aims to raise Saudisation’s ratio in the country's economic sectors in a bid to slash unemployment.
