Cairo – Mubasher: Arab African International Bank (AAIB) has acted as the financial advisor, arranger, and coordinator of a securitised bond issuance worth EGP 6 billion for Al Taamer Securitization Company, Akhbar El-Yom reported.
The transaction involved the securitisation of the New Urban Communities Authority’s (NUCA) portfolio.
Subscription to the issuance was closed in July.
The National Bank of Egypt (NBE), Commercial International Bank, and EFG Hermes have contributed to the bond issuance, along with AAIB which contributed EGP 2 billion.
