Mubasher: The equity ownership movement registered in Boursa Kuwait showed that Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait (ABK) has increased its stake in Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding (HEISCO) by 5.51% during Monday’s session, 2 April.
ABK has raised its stake in HEISCO to 15.3% from 9.79%, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
It is noteworthy that HEISCO has a capital of KWD 18.02 million distributed on million shares.
At the stock level, HEISCO closed Tuesday’s session 8.42% higher at 219 fils.
