Cairo – Mubasher: Arabian Cement Company (ACC) said it decided not to complete the process of acquiring a 99.9% stake owned by Asek Company for Mining – Ascom in one of its units.
The firm pointed out that the decision came in the light of number of negotiations as well as the due diligence report.
Meanwhile, ACC noted that its management will eye other potential investment opportunities.
