Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) delayed payment of the 2015 dividends due in 13 March to 14 March after the bourse cancelled all deals last Wednesday due to bad weather.
The last record date is also reset to 10 March, according to a bourse filing.
ADCB shareholders earlier approved cash dividends at 45% of the capital, equivalent to 45 fils per share, for 2015.
ADCB declined 5.3% to AED 6.9 by 11:15am UAE time.
