Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The board Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has elected Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak as chairman of the board and Hussain Jassim Al Nowais as vice chairman.
Al Mubarak has replaced Eissa Mohamed Al Suwaidi, according to the bank’s recent press release.
This comes after the bank’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 18 March appointed Al Mubarak, Ahmed Saeed Al Calily, and Mohamed Ali Al Dhaheri to the as new board members.
Al Mubarak commented: “Our priority as a Board will be to support and guide the business as we advance the strategy for sustainable growth."
