Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) on Wednesday announced that it has changed the ownership limit of its shareholders.
The UAE nationals must own at least 60% of the capital at all time, the bank said.
The decision will be effective as of Wednesday, 1 May, according to the lender’s statement to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
ADCB noted that all of the shares in the bank are nominal.
