UAE – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company (ADDH) and Group 42 (G42) have entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement to provide artificial intelligence (AI) products and services to ADDH’s subsidiaries.
Under this new JV deal, ‘Adalytyx’ will be established as a separate entity, legally and operationally, said a press release on Monday.
ADDH will utilise the digital products and domain experiences G42 offers to develop a number of AI-driven business optimisations for the subsidiaries. The products include smart solutions that can be developed and spread across target segments.
Moreover, the agreement will promote ADDH’s digital competency while improving the subsidiaries’ portfolio performance. The deal also aims to elevate technological capabilities in non-oil firms in Abu Dhabi.
It is noteworthy that the partnership is one of ADDH’s digital transformation initiatives and is part of its plan to deploy world-class technology across its entire portfolio.
