UAE – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Development Fund (ADFD) has pumped AED 24.6 billion in 40 African countries over the four past decades, the Emirates News Agency reported on Wednesday.
The fund provided concessionary development funds worth AED 241 million to finance sustainable development projects in key sectors in Senegal, ADFD’s director-general Mohammed Al Suwaidi said.
Al Suwaidi noted that the fund is aiming to achieve the sustainable development goals of developing countries and help their governments improve the living conditions of their people.
The ADFD is considering financing development and investment projects prioritised by the Senegalese government, he added.
