ADHA, Musanada complete 83.6% of Emirati Neighbourhood Infrastructure Project

UAE – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) and the Abu Dhabi General Services Company (Musanada) announced the completion of 83.6% of the Emirati Neighbourhood Infrastructure Project in Madinat Zayed to date, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.

The work in the internal roads and infrastructure project at the Emirati Neighbourhood, comprising three packages; 4, 3, and 2A, has progressed on schedule time at a total cost of over AED 2.2 billion, the two entities said.

Almost 74.6% of the work at the AED 979.8 million Package 3, which spans over 7.5 million square metres, has been implemented and is due completion by the fourth quarter of 2020.

Moreover, around 86% of the works of the AED739-million Package 4, which extends over 5.1 million square meters, has been executed and is expected to be fully completed in Q3-20.

Stretching over 766,500 square metres, almost 89.7% of the work of the AED 518.6 million Package 2A has been established and is set for completion by the end of 2019, both parties revealed.

The Emirati Neighbourhood Infrastructure Project will feature 2,769 residential plots, 9 schools, 37 mosques, 45 parks, 10 Commercial centres, and 21 community and social facilities.

The two entities will deliver the project over a total area of over 13.2 million square metres with AED 2.2 billion in investments.
