ADIA plans to exit properties in France

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world, announced on Thursday that it intends to sell real estate properties worth EUR 1.5 billion in Paris, according to Bloomberg.

ADIA appointed Kashman and Wakfield Incorporation to market those properties, the agency stated.

The properties include a 24,000-square metre office building in Boulevard Haussmann Street, as well as a building in the La Defense business district, and a third office in the prime area of Paris.

ADIA had reported total assets worth $773 billion at the end of 2016, according to the sovereign wealth fund.
