Cairo – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank – Egypt’s (ADIB Egypt) consolidated net profit for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017 declined 38.4% year-on-year.
Consolidated net profit reached EGP 73.74 million in Q1-17, compared to EGP 119.8 million for Q1-16, according to a bourse filing released on Tuesday.
However, consolidated revenues for Q1-17 increased 36% to EGP 604 million, compared to EGP 444 million for Q1-16.
Standalone profits for the three-month period ended 31 March 2017 amounted to EGP 104.7 million, 25% up from EGP 83.7 million for Q1-16.
