Cairo-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB)-Egypt said Thursday closed the purchase of 35.7% or 3.42 million shares of ADILease Company.
The bank said in a bourse statement that the price amounted to EGP 5.97 per share.
ADILease, an Egypt-based financial leasing services provider, is owned by El Kahera El Watania Investment and Alexandria National Company for Financial Investment.
