ADIB buys 5.04% stake in National Maize Co.

Cairo – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) – Egypt said it bought 1.48 million shares or 5.04% in National Company for Maize Products.

The average offer price was EGP 11.11 per share where the total deal value amounted to EGP 16.4 million.
