ADIB opens 2 new branches in UAE capital

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has announced the inauguration of two new branches in its new headquarters and in the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department.

The opening of the new branches affirms ADIB’s keenness on the realisation of its expansion strategy, the Abu Dhabi-listed bank said in a statement.

“Despite the increasing use of our online banking platform and mobile app, we continue to see high demand from our 1 million customers for services from our branches, and this is our response to that demand,” head of ADIB branch network Sameh Awadallah commented.

In 2017, the bank launched ADIB Express branches in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai to provide customers with a range of digital services.

“Integrating cutting-edge technology into our branches, which can enhance customers’ experience while automating and expediting many banking processes, is one way we are delivering on this aim,” Awadallah said.

Following the opening of the new branches, the number of ADIB’s branches in the UAE has reached 82.
