ADIO partners with Israel Export Institute to promote bilateral trade

UAE – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) has signed an agreement with Israel Export Institute to boost bilateral trade between Israel and Abu Dhabi, according to a press release on Tuesday.

Under the agreement, both entities will cooperate in exploring investment opportunities and enable potential investee companies to have access to Emirati and Israeli markets.

Meanwhile, ADIO will also collaborate with the Israel Export Institute to support trade and investment opportunities for Israeli companies by connecting them with strategic partnerships and resources in the emirate.

The Director General of ADIO, Tariq Bin Hendi, said: "Our agreement with Israel Export Institute is an important next step in creating the platform to advance and accelerate opportunities for companies in Abu Dhabi and Israel."

Meanwhile, the Minister of Economy and Industry in Israel, Amir Peretz, commented: "This agreement gets even greater significance, specifically now, when facing the COVID-19 crisis and while the Israeli economy is in a difficult situation, and the revenue cycle of many established Israeli companies is suffering considerably as a result."

It is noteworthy to mention that ADIO has recently announced its plan to inaugurate an office in Tel Aviv in Israel, as part of its expansion strategy to open offices in Europe, North America. and Asia.
