Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Insurance Co. (ADNIC) will hold its shareholders’ meeting on 12 April to discuss financials results for 2015, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders will also consider the board’s report on ADNIC’s activity.
