Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: ADNOC Distribution on Thursday announced the new retail price of unsubsidised liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders for August 2017.
“As per the announcement that is made on the 10th of every month, the new retail price is as follows: AED 52 per 25lb, and AED 104 per 50lb,” ADNOC said in a statement.
"LPG cylinder prices are decided every month in cooperation with the relevant government entities in the UAE,” Saeed Mubarak Al Rashdi, ADNOC Distribution’s acting CEO, said.
“The prices set take into account the interests of national stakeholders, consumers, and household customers while also reflecting fluctuations in international LPG prices,” he added.
For holders of Rahal e-Gas cards, ADNOC Distribution said it was offering subsidised LPG at AED 20 for 25lb and AED 30 for 50lb across Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates, the statement concluded.
