Abu Dhabi - Mubasher: ADNOC Distribution, the leading fuel distributor in the UAE, on Sunday announced launching the ‘Premium Vehicle Inspection’ service at the Abu Dhabi Muroor Vehicle Inspection Center.
The Premium Vehicle Inspection service enables customers to avoid long waiting times and benefit from a fast-tracking option during their vehicle testing process, ADNOC Distribution said in a statement.
Moreover, the new service offers an additional door-to-door service package which customers can book simply by dialling 800300 to arrange for pick and drop off, the UAE’s largest fuel and convenience retailer added.
Under the new premium service, customers will also enjoy a dedicated premium lounge, including refreshments, free Wi-Fi, and television entertainment, the company indicated.
The Premium Vehicle Inspection service is part of ADNOC Distribution’s efforts in providing its customers with more convenience options across its services, whilst maintaining its overall customer-focused strategy and cementing its role as a key partner to the UAE Police Authority in ensuring the highest levels of road safety in the country.
“In launching this service, ADNOC Distribution continues to diversify the services it offers its customers, bringing them the choice on how and where they receive them,” acting CEO of ADNOC Distribution Saeed Al Rashdi commented.
ADNOC Distribution operates 22 light vehicle inspection and testing centres in Abu Dhabi, in which more than 900,000 services are provided every year.
