Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi National Oil Co (ADNOC) plans to consolidate the operations of three of its shipping, marine and services companies into one firm in order to increase efficiency, according to the company’s Twitter account
Abu Dhabi National Tanker Co (ADNATCO), Petroleum Services Co (ESNAAD) and Abu Dhabi Petroleum Ports Operating Co (IRSHAD) will be combined to capture synergies, drive efficiencies and ensure value creation.
The companies' integration is likely to be completed by the end of 2017.
