Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: ADNOC Distribution plans to acquire 59 gas stations owned by Emirates General Petroleum Corporation (EMARAT) in Dubai, said ADNOC’s CEO Abdulla Al Dhaheri.
On the sidelines of the opening of a new smart self-service refuelling station in Abu Dhabi, Al Dhaheri expected that the acquisition will be completed in three months.
He refused to disclose any information on (when he is asked about) the takeover value.
