Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The general index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) grew 28.63 points, or 0.56%, to 5,124.72 points in a week.
The banking sector added 0.12%, after First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) rose by 1.1%, while the telecom sector and its only stock, Etisalat, increased by 2.4%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector lost 2.65%, as Aldar Properties declined by 2.7%. The energy sector shed 1% after Dana Gas and Adnoc Distribution went down by 2.2% and 1.1%, respectively.
Market capitalisation grew to AED 524.901 billion over the week, from AED 521.81 billion in the previous week.
