Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Thursday in the green after its main index levelled up 31.56 points, or 0.65%, to 4,898.20 points.
The ADX’s trading volume stood at 32.17 million shares exchanged through 1,269 transactions at a turnover of AED 122.904 million.
The real estate sector rose 1.86% as Aldar Properties’ stock added 1.90%, while the energy sector grew 1.54% after Dana Gas’ stock increased 3.26%.
The banks sector inched up 0.69% after the stocks of Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) went up 0.87%, and 0.72%, respectively.
The industrial sector jumped 3.74% after Arkan Building Materials’ stock levelled up 8.89%.
On the other hand, the consumer staples sector fell 2.68% as Agthia Group’s stock declined 3.82%.
