Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened Thursday’s trading session in the green zone.
The main index added 0.18% or 7.99 points to reach 4,532.14 points by 11:41 am UAE time.
The telecom sector rose 1.63% as Etisalat went up 1.90%. The industrial sector gained 0.17% due to an increase in Arkan Building Materials by 0.17%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector fell 0.47% as Eshraq Properties and Aldar Properties retreated 1.06% and 0.43%, respectively.
The banks sector also declined 0.37% as Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) went down 0.55%.
The market saw trading of 29.33 million shares through 569 transactions, with a turnover of AED 65.16 million.
