Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Monday’s trading session 0.28% or 12.54 points lower to close at 4,397.96 points.
The market’s liquidity declined to AED 100.83 million on Monday from AED 133.68 million in the previous session, after the trading volume decreased to 49.67 million shares from 116.4 million.
The energy sector led decliners with 1.5%, dragged by TAQA which lost 1.92%.
The real estate segment edged down 0.23%, in line with the 0.43% decline of Aldar.
Dana Gas was the most active stock on which 16.31 million shares were traded.
First Abu Dhabi Bank recorded the highest liquidity of AED 25.48 million, falling 0.49%.
