Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance in Sunday’s mid-session to reverse the upward trend it saw in early trades.
The general index fell 0.88% or 36.77 points to reach 4,199.62 points by 12:15am UAE time.
Turnover reached AED 173.04 million after 44.27million shares were traded through 1,354 transactions.
The telecom sector led losers after declining 5.15% as Etisalat lost 5.15%.
The real estate decreased 2.24% as Aldar Properties and Eshraq Properties retreated 2.56% and 1.96%, respectively.
The banks sector rose 1.37% after National Bank of Abu Dhabi, First Gulf Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank added 7.19%, 1.67% and 0.96%.
