Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) maintained its losing streak for the fourth session in row on Thusday.
The general index reached the lowest level in 13 months after falling 1.62% or 65.12 points to reach 3,955.10 points.
The market saw trading of 75.06 million shares, with turnover of AED 172.71 million ($47 million).
The real estate sector led losers after falling 5.62%, weighed by Aldar Properties and Eshraq Properties which decreased 6.10% and 2.08% in a row.
The energy sector slid 2.84% due to a decline in Dana Gas by 4.08%. Meanwhile, TAQA rose 2.22%.
Etisalat was the value leader after generating AED 53.09 million.
The banks sector fell 1.93%, pressured by First Gulf Bank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank which sank 2.67% and 1.95%, respectively.
