Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance in Thursday’s early trades, weighed down by the decline of energy and banks stocks.
The main index went down 0.14% or 6.23 points to reach 4,357.32 points by 10:20am UAE time.
The energy sector led losers after falling 2.10% as TAQA and Dana Gas fell 3.12% and 1.8% respectively.
The banks sector also retreated 0.26% due to a decrease in Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) by 1.44% and 0.57% respectively.
Turnover reached AED 6.34 million after trading 690,440 shares through 25 transactions.
