Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) retreated by 0.24% or 10.53 points to end Sunday's trading session at 4,334.75 points, maintaining its negative performance on Thursday, 18 June.
Turnover amounted to AED 27.81 million after 54.99 million shares were traded through 863 transactions.
The market cap value declined by AED 2.72 billion to AED 488.31 billion, compared to AED 491.03 billion on Thursday.
The real estate sector headed the losers with 2.04%, while the banks segment came on top of the winners with 0.51%.
Gulf Medical Projects Company (GMPC) led the red zone with 5%, while Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO) topped the green zone with 14.04%.
Aldar Properties recorded the highest trading volume with 8.46 million shares traded at AED 14.93 million.
Dana Gas hit the top of the losing blue chips with 1.39%, while First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) led the rising blue chips with 0.88%.
