Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Wednesday in decline after its benchmark tumbled 14.10 points, or 0.29%, to 4,845.35 points.
The ADX’s trading volume reached 36.52 million shares exchanged at a turnover of AED 129.162 million through 919 transactions.
The telecommunication sector and its only stock, Etisalat, dipped 1.15%, while the banks sector inched down 0.17% after National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah’s (RAK Bank) stock dropped 4.33%.
On the other hand, the energy sector rose 1.21% as Dana Gas’ stock increased by 1.83%, while the real estate sector inched up 0.27% after Aldar Properties’ stock rose 0.49%.
