Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) increased by 1.24% to end Wednesday's trading session at 4,500.66 points.
Turnover amounted to AED 496.57 million after 164.38 million shares had been traded through 3,152 transactions.
The market cap value jumped by around AED 9.37 billion to AED 687.24 billion, compared to AED 677.87 billion during the previous session.
The real estate sector headed the risers with 3.34%.
Agthia Group led the green zone with 5.94%, while National Marine Dredging Co (NMDC) topped the red zone with 4.91%.
Aldar Properties was the most active stock with 54.68 million shares traded at AED 107.57 million.
Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) came on top of the rising blue chips with 4.46%.
