Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The general index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) added 0.66% to close at 5,135.94 points on Tuesday on the back of the banking sector.
Trading volume hit 40.67 million shares, while liquidity amounted to AED 126.57 million.
Sharjah Cement soared 10%, while Arkan Building Material plunged 8.82%. Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank grew by 1.31% and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank added 0.79%.
First Abu Dhabi Bank gained 0.65%, as Aldar Properties and Dana Gas levelled up by 0.45% and 0.22%, respectively.
