Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a negative performance on Monday, weighed down by the fall of energy and real estate stocks.
The general index declined 0.14% or 6.49 points to reach 4,563.98 points.
The market saw trading of 281.69 million shares through 2,480 transactions, with a turnover of AED 354.06 million.
The energy sector led losers with a 7.05% decline as Dana Gas and TAQA slid 7.84% and 4% respectively.
The real estate sector fell 1.34% as Eshraq Properties was the worst performer with a 10% decline.
On the other hand, the telecom sector rose 1.12% after Etisalat grew 1.12%.
