ADX falls by 7.8% on Monday; market cap at AED 385.6bn

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has maintained its downward performance during Monday’s trading session, as the main index plunged by 7.83% to close at 3,548.03 points.

A total of 118.86 million shares were exchanged through 3,457 transactions at a total turnover of AED 276.93 million.

The market cap value decreased by more than AED 29 billion to AED 385.6 billion from AED 414.84 billion in the previous session.

The National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (RAKBANK) headed the red zone with 10%, while Al Qudra Holding led the green zone with 14.76%.

Aldar Properties, down 9.94%, was the most active stock with 59.74 million shares traded at a value of AED 88.89 million.
