Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) opened Sunday’s early trades in the red, weighed down by the fall of banks stocks.
The general index fell 0.13% or 5.77 points to reach 4,286.31 points by 10:30am UAE time.
The investment sector led losers after declining 2.09% as Waha Capital went down 2.22%. The banks sector slid 0.42% as Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) tumbled 2.2%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector rose 1.6% as Eshraq Properties and Aldar Properties went up 6.7% and 0.8% respectively.
Turnover reached AED 136.86 million after trading 131.84 million shares through 731 transactions.
