Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance in Thursday’s early trades, weighed down by the fall of blue chips led by the energy and real estate.
The general index declined 0.17% or 7.78 points to reach 4,579.89 points by 10:17am UAE time.
The energy sector led losers after falling 1.9% as TAQA and Dana Gas levelled down 2.04% and 1.9% respectively.
The real estate sector decreased 0.67% as Aldar Properties slid 1.13%. The banks sector also sank 0.2% due to a decline in National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) by 1.9%.
Turnover stood at AED 42.3 million after trading 46.59 million shares through 247 transactions.
