Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance in Thursday’s mid-trade, weighed down by the fall of banks and energy stocks.
The general index sank 0.63% or 28.09 points to reach 4,421.59 points by 12:00 pm UAE time.
The market saw trading of 21.51 million shares through 374 transactions, with a turnover of AED 46.31 million.
The energy sector sank 1.60% as TAQA and Dana Gas went down 2% and 1.52%, respectively.
The banks sector retreated 1.12% after First Abu Dhabi Bank sank 1.41%.
On the other hand, the real estate sector rose 0.46% after Aldar Properties gained 0.44%.
