Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) saw a bearish performance in Monday’s early trades.
The main index fell 0.31% or 14.28 points to reach 4,571.23 points by 10:38 am UAE time.
The energy sector slid 1.29% as Dana Gas tumbled 1.56%.
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) lost 1.22% and 0.92%, respectively, pushing the banks sector to fall 0.50%.
On the other hand, the telecom sector rose 0.27% after Etisalat went up 0.27%. The real estate sector added 0.02% as Eshraq Properties grew 1.08%.
Turnover amounted to AED 13.3 million after trading 9.5 million shares through 161 transactions.
