Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The main index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) continued its upward trend for the sixth session in a row after closing Thursday with a rise of 1.79% or 79.94 points to the level of 4,534.88 points.
The telecom sector advanced 2.18% backed by Etisalat.
The banks sector also nudged 2.12% higher as National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and First Gulf Bank rose by 5.52%, 4.19% and 2% respectively.
The real estate sector levelled up 0.64% as Aldar properties gained 1.08%.
