Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed Monday’s trading session in the green territory.
The ADX’s general index added 34.84 points, or 0.68%, to 5,156.01points.
Trading volume amounted to 61.444 million shares that were exchanged through 1,870 transactions at a turnover of AED 232.175 million.
Market capitalisation reached AED 524.624 billion and gained AED 5.205 billion.
The telecommunication sector went up 1.90% and the real estate sector levelled up 0.48%.
Meanwhile, the banks sector increased by 0.42% and the energy sector inched up 0.01%.
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) was the most active stock by value with a turnover of AED 56.077 million, while ADNOC Distribution was the most active stock by volume with a trading volume of 11.914 million shares.
